Author Bio


Sam Lane (also credited as Samantha Lane) is a San Francisco born artist and performer who developed a love for the humanities at a very young age. They found their way to authorship through a love of acting and classical theater, writing their first script while still in high school. While pursuing a career in performance, they had several of their short scripts performed in various showcases throughout California. They now live a quiet and happy life in Las Vegas, with a much more focused eye on writing for the reader instead of the stage. Their writing influences include: The Brothers Grimm, Robert Lewis Stevenson, Lewis Carrol, C.S. Lewis, Douglas Adams, Tom Stoppard, Louis Sachar and Neil Simon.
